Shipping

We strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible within our operating hours.  We offer flat rate shipping, using Canada Post, across Canada.  At this time, we are not shipping internationally.  Shipping rates are determined based on delivery address and purchase details.

Once an item leaves our care it is up to shipping company's transit times and care to deliver the items to you.  All shipped packages will be issued a tracking number.  Houghton Creek is no longer responsible for packages once the tracking number has been assigned.  Houghton Creek is not responsible for lost, stolen or mis-delivered packages.

Furniture and Canvas Wall Art Shipping

Due to size restrictions, furniture and canvas wall art are excluded from nation-wide shipping and can only be shipped within a 25km radius of our address.  For delivery requests beyond a 25km radius please contact us at info@houghtoncreek.com.  We will work to provide you with a customized delivery quote, if possible. 

Local furniture deliveries are outsourced to Lindsay Movers.  Once your purchase has been confirmed, the team at Lindsay Movers will contact you directly to coordinate a delivery date.

In-store pick-ups are free of charge and can usually be prepared within a few hours of receiving your online confirmation.  No need to let us know your arrival date.  Come when the store is open and we will have your order ready for you.  You will find Houghton Creek nestled amongst the scenic beauty of historic downtown Lindsay.
